I was never trying to imply that they are not trusted. I was only trying to figure out if anyone else was experiencing a delay.

Let me rephrase the question: anyone here who is on NET-30 get paid yet? If you are NOT on net30 pay terms please dont post. I am trying to see how many folks on NET30 have been paid. I have asked 2 different people at Azoogle what is going on with payments. No one can give me a solid response. All I keep getting is, we are processing them by hand, it will be VERY soon. It's been a week and still no money. I am not saying they are not trusted. What I am saying is that, the way they are handling this situation is unprofessional. I am sure they knew before the 30th that payments would have to be processed by hand. So why not just send out some type of notification to the affected publishers and let them know what was going on? I can handle proactiveness a whole lot better than I can someone giving me attitude because I am looking for MY money and they have no clue about when they will get to me.

i got my first payout after 25 days after net30 passed but i got the payments .. they are very good network bro... wait and email the support team and talk with ur AM .. after first payment i get every payment on time my mode is wire btw.

Hi Kevin! I did email the support team and my AM. They keep saying the same thing, VERY VERY SOON. At this point, my problem with them is not being proactive about the situation. If they know this is going to happen, email people and say "hey, such and such, blah blah blah. payments will be delayed" That's cool and I can handle that. But what I dont like is getting attitude when I ask where my money is and everyone is playing stupid.

well i just checked with my AM according to there new rules in epicdirect payments would be delayed they now need more time to verify leads from publisher sucks little bit .. last payment i got in right time lets see ...

after looking at some other things, I was lied too and dont like it. I was told that payment was sent on Thursday. They lied and their own system shows that. I just looked. My back office states payment sent June 17, 2011 and that it is still being processed.

So after 3 weeks of waiting and NUMEROUS emails and being lied too, some type of info finally showed up in my back office. All of this could have been avoided if Epic Direct/Azoogle would have used some common decency and let their affiliates know upfront what was going on. But I guess that would have been too much. I guess they like being harassed.

I dont see any part of what they did as leading to be "trusted".

from how long u are working with azoogle may i know ? i m working from last year its around 8 months now well haven't promoted them much but one thing i can say about azoogle advertiser banned me from one offer but i got payments.. so somehow i m trusted may be this is more like a time / phase u are working but if i remember correctly my first payout is same drama that u are having then finally this guy helped me patrick.hazlett at the epicadvisorteam.com may be u can talk with him !

I have worked with them for as long as I can remember and once you have a good relationship you are put on weekly. By the way they also send out the absolute best christmas gifts. Last year I got a bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue label from my AM. Yes they always pay.

I dont care what anyone says. MY EXPERIENCE with them is that they are full of it. This is not happening with just me. There are some other folks that are having this same problem. Dont try to make them out to be something they are not. I think some of you are blowing smoke.

No idea..but i was actually paid on exactly 2 days after net30..it was 2 months ago! Don't know how it is now..
