Why are you looking to flip the website? When you get to #1 it will dramatically increase your profits. Unless you think the $200.00 was just a fluke.
When you do SEO though you want to keep the positions and sell your properties before you a down turn. So either in an industry, or SEO rankings down turn. You want to pre-empt the down fall and sell right before. The concept of buy low sell high....
