Can anyone recommend a bulk tool to return backlinks to multiple URLs, including pagerank from linking pages?

Looking for something like Majestic SEO's bulk checker but with pagerank so can get some measure of the quality of the links not just the number?

If there's aren't any bulk tools what would be the best for individual domains?
