[Release] Multi-Type Proxy Checker (HTTP/Socks4/Socks5)

It's just a small tester that I made yesterday, HTTP checks are 101% accurate while Socks4/5 just test that the connection was successful and that it is indeed a socks4/socks5 proxy.

what abaut adding the ability for a custom proxy judge
users in different countrys would prefer to use a proxy judge
closer to them as the test machine, otherwise no1 knows what
your using to test the proxies against for ping time which may
not yield good results for people in various countrys

It uses Google.com for all checks, but sure, I can add that.

After 5-6 proxies it crash
