How to make VBA's? (not for paypal)

Hi, i need help on how to make VBA's but not for paypal verification. I just need a VBA which can be used to recieve money and then i can send the money to my actual bank account. Can anyone help me with this or guide me in the right direction?

This will create a VBA you can use for verifying at different sites, BUT you will have to supply more documentation to keep it open as an actual functioning account. Otherwise, getting a debit card with a bank account no (to receive direct deposits) is relatively easy, though you will have to supply SSN/documents in most cases.

I only need it to recieve and send money to accounts from the UK, will i be able to do this with e*trade?

Depends on whether you want to fully verify the account according to their rules. Following the procedure will temporarily open the account long enough for you opt to use it to verify at other sites (its most common BH use). But it is a real account, so yes, if you complete their documentation requirements you can use it to send and receive funds.
