[Help] youtube marketing with CPA

So I have read tons of threads related to youtube marketing . everyone agrees that CPA zip n email submit is the best. so I started creating tons of accounts and used slideshow pictures to promote cpa offers with links in the description. i post about 20 videos a day. i wanna get YT advertiser when i can make enough money but until then i am doing things manually.

i am using cpa-redirect , so in the last 2 months i had only 2 leads. i am wondering what i am doing wrong. i dont mind posting a link in this thread to my YT vid but i cant. i can pm the link if anyone is interested in seeing my vid and offering any creative criticism.

i am curious to how new videos get rcognized in the millions and millions of videos on YT right now that has over 10k views. If i post up hundreds of videos, wouldnt it get lost with all the other cpa-like videos that gets less than 100 views.? i think i am missing something here.

Even i am wondering how do you get views to your youtube. Bookmarking, fake views, or what?

I have had two videos where i have done bookmarking and video response but got only few views.
Also video response is very restricted. you can have your video as a video response to just one video at a time.
