Ive used the one that I said, and it was instant number I think. You can register it to whatever name and address you want. Ive bought a card from there before, it worked very well.

VBAs are a simpler way to get a PayPal account verified quick, since vccs are more quickly rejected by PP thee days. If PP does not give the expuse number to the vcc vendor, you could be stuck, as it will expect you to re-verify that first cc number even though you can't. 4 of the last 5 VBAs I've used have worked with no problems, but be careful about using e-trade as the VBA bank, as PP seems to be catching on to it.
