Aircraft sales, or even fractional ownership has some high payouts. Boats too. I have atleast one contact who will pay me 1k to sell a fraction of a plane. (400k for the plane split 10 ways.) Theres no web links or anything just direct person to person. Know any well off pilots in socal?

Now that I realized that online poker won't work for ever I want to move into a new market.
Can somebody tell me which niches are paying $100/$150 CPA? I don't care about competitiveness.

Suggest anything besides: poker,hosting,xxx,pharma.

As most suggested here, Forex is fast and happening. I had moved my affiliate business from gambling to forex over a year ago and make a consistent average of $500 a month.

The closest cousin to Gambling is binary options where cpa is 125 upwards. Of course if you contact the affiliate manager they will hike your cpa to at least $200.

The best part of this is the fact that I have had companies approach me to run only pre-paid advertising campaigns which is always good.

Why do you want to find big paying CPa offers ? Did you ever trying low paying CPA offers, and trying to make bulk . It always had been my strateg. I did try both ways via my affiliate networks, and for me it was always Low paying ones making more money in total.
