Question about my new CPA program. Need some advice.

I wanted to run this by you and have you tell me what you think. I have just signed with my 5th affiliate network today.

95% of my traffic comes from my affiliate networks and with this new particular affiliate network they are beliving that a CPA would be better than a CPS with there traffic. So...I have crunched some numbers and have decided to offer 2.00 per verified signup. Which the affiliate company believes is awesome considering that it is not an email submit offer and the customer get something for free when they signup. Plus my conversion ratio is 1/10 when someone signs up.

Here is my question... Is this to much or not enough? I am not sure what other companies are offering for something like this and from the reaction of the affiliate company manager this seemed like a lot. I would like to know what some of you think a good amount to be paid per customer would be?

What would get you to move your traffic to me is what I am asking?

Right now I believe a new customer to be worth about $4.00 each. I have to get the exact CPA payout I want to them by tomorrow because the offer goes live then. The other affiliate companies are running their traffic to a landing page that I pay between 60%-75% CPS on so I don't have conversion ratios from those companies to work from. Plus no other competitor in my niche pays per free signup so not one of the affiliate companies I have talked to had a real answer to give me.

What niche is your product offer? What does it require from the customer to do to convert? And is that $2 affiliate payout or $2 to the network?

Email/zip submits pay about $1 max nowadays..

Offers that require downloaded software are only around $6...

The niche is Penny Auctions. All they have to do is register and verify the email address. That's it and I pay the affiliate 2.00 not the network. So if someone sent me 100 new members I would pay them $200.00 that simple.

Bottom line is would you switch from your current offer to mine?

I would believe I am really close to the number at 2.00 but not 100% sure.

$2 is nearly double what every other email submit pays, it depends how many people you want driving traffic. Though even $1.50 for a email submit it would be higher than most!

I will get you set up today. I have decided to let the affiliate network go ahead with 2.00 per free registration. I think that it is enough to make people want to send traffic my way. I have also decided that if anyone else is interested in doing this that I will have affiliate software setup so that you can go directly through me for this. So if your interested, please let me know.

I do have to say I wasn't expecting so many people to be interested in this but hey I am not complaining. I guess I can answer questions about this in here on how it will run with me personally or if you would like, you can find this offer on EWA. With me I do not care where the traffic comes from as long as it is not fraud.
