As promised, the OP delivered the report and links in just a few hours after I gave him the information. He posted my links on approx 800 forums instead of 700 promised, so for sure, I hope to get guaranteed 650+ links. Decently priced at $15, I'll use the service again if I see positive results in my rankings.

Edit: Just observed the links posted and most of the times my URL has been posted directly without any anchor text. I doubt this will give a great boost in the serps.

Yes as stated in the beginning of my thread "There will be a mixture of profiles that contain your link and anchor and profiles that only contain your link without an anchor."
I wish i could provide only profiles that contain anchors only but unfortunately i cant

Your service is good. Its just a friendly advice to update your forum list and include more forums where you can post with anchor text.
Your list and your service is really good but as they say " Nothing is perfect", there's a room for improvement

Got well over 700 links quickly.
Unfortunately, a few did not contain my anchor text. However, the service was fast and the links are all up.
Hopefully I see some results in my rankings. Good service overall.

Got a review of 500 links for $8. Was supposed to get 300 but he made a typo but still offered me the 500 which is really a kind gesture, shows that he cares about his reputation. On top of that I got 79 extra totaling 579. The seller also delivered everything in one day as promised! So far so good.
My website has little backlinking done. I took this offer to get some diversity because I'm going to be using Scrapebox for blog backlinks. The domain page rank may be PR3+ but the URL PR is not. I knew this before buying just trying to inform others. Most are N/A, but some are 0. I'm going to ping them to see if I can get those indexed.
As one user above pointed out, there are forum profiles that do not have any anchor texts. This is a bit of a bummer and my only complaint. But I still appreciate the work because it is grants me with a variety of backlinks.
All in all it was a good service and I'm sure over time the seller will have more forums with anchors enabled.

Was given around 820 links for the 700 I paid. Only 170 profiles had the anchor text. 100 profiles had no link to my url whatsoever.
