First of all I would like to say that some of the reviews made here are pretty vague. I would think that a proper review is much more than something along the lines of "Great service, fast delivery, thanks." but everyone has their own opinion.
On 20th of May I ordered Package 1 at a 20% review discount rate. I supplied the OP with 2 URLs and 14 keywords. Just a few hours later I recieved an email containing 2 text files. One containted the Layer 1 backlinks and the other the Layer 2 backlinks. I was happy to see that the OP over delivered with a total of 440 Layer 1 backlinks and 7055 Layer 2 backlinks.
Layer 1 Analysis
I decided to check the Layer 1 backlinks manually, one by one. Yes I did this by myself, it took me some time but at least I know where I am standing at. Although you would think that my analysis should be 100% correct I would say that it is about 99% correct due to human error that I could have made. Manually checking 440 backlinks isn't an easy task.
So after checking each backlink individually I ended up with a total of 310 backlinks. The rest where either dead or hidden. Quite a few had broken URLs which was quite disappointing. All in all I still got an extra 60 backlinks.
After further looking into the backlinks I have found out that only the first few at the beginning of the list had actually used anchor text and that the majority of backlinks were URL based which once again was quite disappointing.
I obviously went further and analysed each websites IP address. I did this automatically and here are the results:
Total Domains: 310
Unique IPs: 304
Unique Subnets: 301
Domains with Duplicate Subnets: 9
Domains with Duplicate IPs: 6
As you can see these are very pleasing results which I am happy with. By looking even further into the IPs I have found out that 112 of the backlinks came from the US, 11 from the UK, 11 from Germany, 10 from France, and 16 from Russia. There were a few more from Europe (at low quantities) but from the looks of it, probably at least 50% were from Asia. So as you can see these backlinks are quite diversified in terms of their IPs.
Layer 2 Analysis
I didn't really look much into Layer 2 as 7K backlinks is quite a lot and I would shit myself If I even tried checking them manually but from a quick look at some of them it looks like only the ones at the beginning have anchor text and the rest are URL based. Some are dead, some hidden, and some broken just like in Layer 1.
By taking a mathematical approach at this we could assume that according to the Layer 1 backlinks, an estimated 29.545% of the Layer 2 backlinks will most likely be dead. In this case, (please remember that this is only an estimate which could strongly vary), about 4971 Layer 2 backlinks are actually live and working which is still acceptable.
Ranking Analysis
I would like to say that the site that I have submitted is only about 3 months old. Prior to the blast it had only 3 quality backlinks and 1 quality article and no other work from when the domain was first registered has actually been done. On May 20th before the blast I have checked my rankings and I have done so after the blast, today (May 22nd).
Conclusion
I have had to rush this a bit but in general I would say that I am both happy and unhappy in one way or another. I am not too happy about the non English speaking backlinks as they could potentially look like spam in the eye's of G but then again those links show quite a diversity hence they could be positive and only time will tell.
I am definitely not happy about the fact that the majority of the backlinks are without anchor text as this could have been stated in the OP. This could be the reason as to why my sites rankings have dropped for the main keyword as well as a few others. But then again although some rankings dropped, others came into the top 100 which is a good thing.
I wouldn't really recommend using this service to blast your main URL, especially if it's a new domain. Even if it's an older domain, if you are looking at quality, I would not blast my main URL. I should have asked a few questions prior to using this service but I didn't.
Anyway, to anyone interested, you should look at some of the reviews, look at what the service is offering, look at what you really need, and make up your own conclusions. This is solely my experience and I have only posted it so that others can benefit from it.
After two to three weeks I will come back with a further update in regards to the rankings. Within this time frame I will only work on the websites content. I will work on the content but I will not build any backlinks so that the next update will be as accurate as possible.

I bought a package yesterday and already got my reports today when i woke up. Well the OP delivered more links but yes like what sharedream mentioned alot of profiles are not with anchors but with the url only. Also i checked a couple of the high Pr homepage's and one had PR0 (i assume your selling high Pr as in homepage pr) but still there are others with PR so i guess the extra ones should make up for this.
Haven't noticed any ranking movements for my medium comp keyword yet so i cant comment on SERPs. All in all , mohsin delivered what he advertised but yeah what shadedream said should be taken into consideration as well.

Shadedream have order order package 1 In which he found live urls so in total he got extra 60 links so there is a plus point and its come from Unique IPs: 304 so this is also an plus point of this service and from these 312 urls 112 urls are come from us domain which are decent amount So as you can see these backlinks are quite diversified in terms of their IPs.in layer 2 which we have also over deliver so you can say it is also a positive point of this service.Now come to anchor links and here I'll accept there is low amount of anchor links but keep in mind its also give you proper balance of anchor and non anchor links and.
