Paypal limited - is VPS safe?

I am looking to make a new paypal and ebay, is it safe to do everything like usual (clear cookies, flash cookies, new user, etc), but then connect to a VPN, and then connect to a VPS?

I just want to be safe and untraced.

home > VPS > VPN???

Cause you can add geo locations in VPN (most of the time) but most VPS's are located in Germany and Netherlands or USA only.

My 2 cents though.

Only use a VPN or VPS if you need to fake what country your are in. Do some new research on ebay/pp stealth because you should be clearing cookies these days (it will get you limited).

Brand New and Unique Windows User Account
Brand New Cookies that you never Clear
and of course...
Brand New Name, Email Address, Personal Info, etc.

...this is what you need for a new ebay and paypal account. Do some research on "ebay stealth"

Yes, I have the ebay stealth guide. I know all that. I was wondering if it was best to get a VPS and a VPN for EACH ebay account, and if its a good idea.

And what about your SSN and address, if its gonna be a Non Us verified account then there r chances u could go a little further but at the end u r gonna hunt by them. no matter u change ur IP or server address. paypal is just like a Demon.. will hunt u.. sooner or later...

my friend you don't need a vpn or vps to create and access stealth paypal account, i have paypal account and i use "dedicated Private Proxy" only!, not even a virgin proxy!
