How to make VCC?

I never realized the usefulness of these Virtual Credit Cards until ebay told me to put one. I usually just verify ebay automatic payment with my verified paypal accounts but time have changed.

Does anyone here know how to get VCCs? I dont want to buy it, I need to know how it's done. However, if you are selling a guide on making these then I would like to buy it.

Well vcc's are provided by banks
go to any bank near you ask them wether they provide it or not
if they do then you can open an account in that bank.
Then you can generally create vcc via that banks online banking facilitiy

I am also interested in creating VCCs for verifying adword accounts.

Howeveter the problem with entropay would be I would have only VCC nr with my real name so I could not create new VCCs all the time right?

How do people generate lots of VCCs all the time?
