Ok here's the deal, don't ask how but right now I'm getting about 40k Mortgage Purchase leads per month or about 1,200 per day. I have to pay .25c for every lead that come's into my CRM (leadmailbox) which has left me with a 10k bill that is due by this Wednesday, I'm looking for a partner that wants to make a lot of money quickly and so I can get this bill paid and keep the leads coming in I do loans in CA and CO so those are the only 2 states that I want to keep everything else is negotiable. The leads are being sold to 1 LO and 1 Realtor right now
I said quick 40k in my title but really we could make a lot more and keep this thing going by selling them in real time or same day for like $5 each and even if we split it that would make us $2,500 / day each if we sold the 40k I already have for $2 each and split profits then that would net us 40k each(30k for me after I pay my bill)
