How proficient or competent are the SEO VA's with SENuke? If I give them the templates I want and the URL's/keywords how much more input will be required from me?

Hello,
They know the basics and advance of SENUKE X. You can just give them your template, url and keywords. If you want them to use your article(s) you can also give it to them, if you don't give them article(s) they can just find articles then rewrite them using TBS.

SEO VA (P)REVIEW:
Alright, I've had a few days with my SEO VA. My 2-day
trial started a little after the 9th due to some scheduling
miscommunication (?) on their end, but they were very
cool about making it up to me.
After reading through this thread I decided to start him off
with some simple Web 2.0 + Bookmarking, etc. SENuke-type
of linkbuilding on a few client's sites. My VA seems proficient
in this. I was a tad put off when he admitted to me that he's
only used Scrapebox once, and so I had to change up
my initial gameplan, but obv that comes with the territory.
The daily (M-F, Philippenes timezone--about 15 hrs ahead of me,
which, admittedly, is nice having a VA in the future
) Reports
are very nice to have--especially if you're working on several
projects/clients at once--and similar in layout to what you're used
to from other long-standing BHW service providers (Excel, 80's
colors). The whole system and structure of FirstPage WebSearch's
virtual assistant service seems (in my early going) to run like clock-
work.
Both firstpage (who runs a tight ship) and my VA have exuded respectful,
pleasant, and above all, honest attitudes. My VA's timeliness has been impeccable
(you get the feeling they clock in and out over there at the office, which is fine...)
and he's done all that I've asked.
Negatives:
- My Squidoo (one of my favorite 2.0's to blast) sites weren't 'Green-light' Active
upon checking them, which means that I'll have to go in there and add some
modules, content before it will be 'live' and link-ready(/worthy)
- I get the feeling that (at least) my VA is not very well-versed in the software
available (AMR, SB, even other SENuke modules...?) as my Report, while clean
and 'linkfull', did not contain any 'extras'.
- He seemed to want to steer Skype conversations away from SB, AMR
and other programs "Only used SB once..." ; "AMR doesn't work here..."(!?)
Skype excerpt- This is after he came on to let me know that he was
"just finishing up" his work for the day. I asked him to rate his
skills in SEO/software (None-Somewhat-Good-Expert) This is taken
right before I sat down to write this review, actually, so
you may wish to take that into account as well when reading my Review...:

excellent and do want to continue working with him, but I feel like a lot
of this is OJT, if you know what I mean.... And, if you don't, you prob
don't need/want a VA anyway
For the great price and prompt, reliable service, I would give it an A+

Overall, they've done all that I've asked, so I will give them/my VA, so far, a: B
I'm not looking to pay $75/week for one LinkPush-type of SEnuke-only
linkbuilding structure, but I have full confidence that after a few more days, we
will be much more familiar with each other: I of his strengths and he of my expectations.

surprise me--I will move in another direction.

Thank you for the detailed review.
With the software(s), they do have access and they have been trained to use them during training. Most of them just needs a refresher or just a simple tutorial and they should remember what we taught them.
That is why we have the 2 day and 1 week trial to test our VA's if you like them or not. Working with a VA is never easy especially if you have high expectation. They are not expert SEO's(you can't hire Top SEO experts for $75 per week.
), but they honestly have the potential to be an expert someday.Thank you and everyone have a nice day.

Here is my review after using SEO VA for 2 weeks. 1st of all firstpage is kind enough to give me 1 week trial. Thanks. My first SEO VA work for me 1 day then sick the 2nd day, then not available the 3rd day. So, firstPage changes another SEO VA to me. blackhat.mmm, you are lucky to have a VA with good english, mine is very hard to communicate, sometimes dun understand what she is trying to say. sometimes just ignore your question, you have to ask a few times.
i have also the same feeling that why the software crash / in-accessible a few times in 2 weeks. Yesterday my VA has IDLE status in her gtalk for half day. when she is back, i ask where have you been, she says software got problem.
I found that she is not honest. I pass her a list of my previous xrummer links from other xrummer service in this forum, then ask her to ping them all. Total 8 files about 5k to 10k links in each file. I let her do the job herself. End of the day, report came back, only 1 file about 2k links finish and next day tell me she will continue with the list. I was so surprise, ping should be fully automated, just copy paste the list into senukex or free ping site in the website, click go, then it will auto run. 10 minutes job and she did 1 file in 8 hours!!! Her excuse is that she cannot use senukex while ping is running. so she just sit there doing nothing whole day. She then promise to do some compensation. She will do me 4 wheellinks for 1 keyword each (total 4 keywords) the next day, still in 8 hours like usual. I have confirmed with her how many linkwheels she can do in 8 hours for several times. The best she can do is 2 keywords per day, 1 wheellink for each keyword, total 2 wheellinks per day (8 hours). I wonder how she can do 4 wheellinks the next day (still 8 hours). Surprise!!! and i always ask her to use 100% automated process in senukex.
since i am not expert in senukex and never use myself. can anyone let me know how many result / task you can achieve in 8 hours using 100% automated senukex? My SEO VA deliver report to me daily with the following task completed. Is it reasonable when it is 100% automated with senukex?

The thing is, you only have a Part Time SEO VA with us, not Full Time.
Also whenever the VA says he will do compensation or anything like that he will work extra hours without any additional payment, that is what they do. They are more focus on making the client happy.
Anyhow, when it comes to communication skills, most of our VA's understands and writes basic english. If you have problems with the VA's communication skills, we are more than happy to replace the VA.

They are already trained to do basic SEO stuff and software usage. If you have some things you want to do but they are not trained let me know so we can discuss it with the VA and train them.

Had a 2 day trial and then also paid for 1 more weeks worth of work. I have stopped now for a few days till I organise what I do and don't need done but in terms of quality of work done by the content & SEO VA : Great!
The work done was as needed and as described to them. I loved the reports at the end of the day, very easy to follow along and clear.
I would NOT go anywhere else for VA related tasks. I have tried oDesk a few times and all times the workers were often 'sick' or came up with random excuses, not with these guys!
