The thing with sales pages are that it depends on what you are selling and how well your market is buying. Some clients already have their market planned out and all they needed was a sales page to start things going (i.e. ecommerce sites). Whats the source when I look at my stats....

what will it say? Will all the traffic show as coming from your 1 place or a couple of places or will it be hidden ref. ?

The source of traffic comes from various sources - it could be articles, press release, media content, targeted demographics, network of blogs, network of sites, cloaked SEO content, etc. Mainly whatever traffic that can be targeted for that niche it will be directed towards it. Usually the client doesn't have to worry about this - leaves out all the headaches and all he has to do are the simple things buy traffic, buy websites, expand, flip sites, etc. etc.

And if you make just $5 or less than $15 the initial investment, then "that depends on the niche", we have no choice but consider that's a loss, or buy more traffic and "hope" they will convert better.

After 9 days of running the site Google have closed my acct due to "invalid activity"
this is the only site on my google adsense acct! i have responded to google's appeal form/section and am currently waiting their reply.

1 - Did you click on your own ads?
2 - How did you create your adsense account?
3 - Do you have multiple accounts where you logged in on the same machine?

Many clients have gotten paid already and for multiple months stressfree. The way you can get your adsense banned is if either someone kept clicking on your ads, or you clicked on your own ads, or the way the account was created and had red flags from the beginning and multiple reasons. The traffic is targeted towards that specific niche such as if you have a car insurance website, then keyword targeted people will be visiting that, etc. etc.
