I just wanted to mention something that Josh and Co. did for me that speaks
to ContentYogi's integrity:

I had made a large order of articles over a year ago that got started right as
I had fallen quite ill and had to be hostpitalized, etc.

Long story short, Josh and Venu (who was managing the articles) never were
able to get the order delivered b/c I 'fell off the map' for some time during
my hospitalization, and subsequently lengthy rehabilitation, and had remembered
the order, but figured that I would just have to chalk it up one of the many
losses I incurred during this period of my recovery.

Recently, however, I noticed here on BHW that this service was still going
strong and thought, "What the heck?", I'll shoot over an email to Josh and
let him know what happened with me, stating that I had made an order
some time ago that was never fulfilled--you know, the "You probably don't
remember me, but..." type of message.

To my surprise, he emailed right back saying "Of course we remember you!",
etc. and stated that Venu would get right on it (which he has, and is currently
still in the midst of), and that all they needed was my kws and any other
info I'd like to include.

Needless to say, I was truly taken aback by their entirely unnecessary generosity
and just overall above-and-beyond professionalism and kindness.

They've (re-)earned a very loyal customer (the articles are top-notch, as
many of you know), and have certainly 'sowed good seed' into a landscape
that is rife with 'Wild-West' business practices.

Received the last of my 20 articles today and am happy with the work. I had specific requirements for keywords and for word count and they did a nice job. I had to rework most of the articles, to make them a bit more readable and for the keyword density, but it was a great starting point for the new sites I am putting up. As the sites are medical it was a tough write.

Will use them again.
