I got some vouchers, how can i check if they work?

Use an old adwords account and try to use them there, depending on the message you get you will know if its used or not. If the voucher is valid you will get a message saying your account is too old to use it.

there is no softawre to test the vouher.
you just have to check it by trying to redeeem. no other way

Yes, try redeem on exist account (more than 14 days old - or - already used 1 coupon). After redeem, if you got the messenge like :
- your account can not redeem more than 1 coupon => Your coupons is valid
- your coupon is invalid => Your coupons is not correct, such as wrong digit...
- your coupon already redeemed => Your coupons has been used
- your coupon expired => LOL, Your coupons expired on that day.
