Need suggestion

Hi i am Newbies on this form, and interested to work with this i think this is best place for sharing idea with more expert member. But i am facing several complexity through working. As a beginner i had 10 reputation and now my reputation decreased to 4. I am really upset for this, and ready to apply my best to survive with this forum.
Now i need suggestion how can increase my reputation?
