I had been searching for a good banner network that's cheap but provides good quality traffic. I had heard nothing but positive things about Clicksor so I decided to give them a try. Account setup was straight forward and easy. But sadly that's when things started going down hill..
First there was the phone call. It's common for networks to call you to prove your identity etc, I've been through a lot of them but this one dragged on. I couldn't for the life of me understand what she was saying and she couldn't understand what I was saying either. My first and only language is English but obviously she was from the Philippines or something. We got through it in about 30 minutes and honestly I looked passed that and just wanted to make money with them.
I then proceeded to set my banner up. After I had done that it needed to be approved. That meant I had to deal with customer support again. It took 3 weeks of me talking to them every morning saying when will my banner be ready? And them replying 'Tech support is currently looking at your banner now'. At this point I was fuckin annoyed but still I pushed forward and my banner was finally approved.
I ran my completely whitehat banner for around 4 days and deposited around $100 for testing purposes. Everything was all good but then I woke up one morning and it said that my campaign was suspended.
Again I had to deal with customer support where they said my campaign had been suspended and I had to wire them a minimum of $500 to un-suspend it!
At that point I told them to get fucked and spent my money elsewhere. I had given them more than a couple of chances and my advice to you is to run your campaigns on another network.
Have any of you had an experience like this?
