Looking to hire an email marketer or possible JV.

I am looking to hire an email marketer for my website. I currently handle all of my current members in house and through our servers so that isn't the problem. I am looking for someone i can work with on a regular basis on bringing in new traffic. This is what I am looking for:

1) Can handle a very large amount of emails being delivered everyday
2) We be able to work with me to develop new email campaigns to drive new traffic. IE New design, new offer, etc...
3) I would like to be able to see stats on all of the emails being sent out, such as inboxing, if they were read, click through rate, etc...
4) Must be able to communicate on a daily basis about the campaign on either skype, phone, or another IM.

This partnership can go one of two ways. I can pay you for your service, or we can JV on this. I will pay 75% CPA on the offer that we come up with. I am the owner of the website that we are promoting and the one paying you directly. We can setup the landing page with the offer we think will convert the best and can add your own tracking pixel in so you can see all stats on this page. I will hide nothing from you and you do the same. This is for a very long term partnership.

Can you be more specific? The volume I need is substantial, and I need someone to be able to do this on a daily basis. The money is exceptional, but there will be a decent amount of work involved. I need someone who is proven at being able to get this done and has the experience in email campaigns.

Do you have software for those emails? like sendblaster they have TrackReports there you can see who's click,who's read and also the contact that read you mailing or newsletter.

Willing to work with you,I also harvest a bulk email using Atomic Mail Hunter,then verify it,if it's good or not.
