[URGENT] Startup-Traffic

Ok guys, I've got something set up, that I think is gonna work out very well and potentially can go viral big time. Only issue is, I don't have the startup-traffic to give it an initial boost.
Any recommendations? Maybe buying status updates - if so, where?
How do I get the ball rolling?

i think ya can ping your sites to state sites and you will get indexed ..... then bookmark all your articles ......... and add some article to ezine and do some blog commenting and you will have some organic targetted traffic
