60 sites dropped in google ranking dramaticly HELP!!

Offtopic, but why is this important? I recently installed this on my Micro Niche Blogs. Is it bad?

Yes, it is bad.

The plugin leaves several footprints for Google and Google is constantly deindexing and sandboxing those that use the plugin. If you look at the plugin, such foot prints are:

• Incoming search terms for the article
• Incoming search terms for this post
• Top incoming search terms for this post
• Recent Search Terms
• Popular Search Terms

I highly recommend you uninstall it since it does nothing but cause more trouble in the end. It used to be a good plugin to rank for long tail keywords but Google has caught on. If you are using this plugin and your site is deindexed, this is the culprit.

They must be having some footprints that relate them. I think it must be the same IP address over which they were hosted. Maybe the quality check on few of them yielded bad results, then a reverse IP check was made to retrieve the sites on same IP and then all of them gave the same bad quality result. Thus the whole network collapsed. Its better to spread your sites over multiple IP addresses.

just be glad you didnt get them all deindexed, there's still hope for you sites. I had around 400 get deindexed when G rolled out the Panda

yes i use a reseller account and host them at the same place i was never aware that this would be an issue..

i do use the same plugins however im not sure what you mean when you say same adsense.. as i said before i only have one adsense account however i use a different id for each site so i can track them..

i dont get why google would start penalizing sites just because they are small, if the information on the sites are quality then thats good right?

non the less its pritty fucked i just spent the last 2 years getting my business to this stage and it all gets flushed away with no warning.. the reason why i built many little sites is the fact that if one dies it will not hurt me so much but now they all died.. it is literaly the worst thing that could happen to me right now.. i am so depressed its not funny.. its like a droubt wiped out my whole crpp..

any way thank for you help guys not sure what to do from here.. maybe i will just create 5 authority sites.

I tought to created maximum of 20 mn sites per ip and also use a different domain registrar site with different name and site under 50 $ per day limit per adsense account, what do you guys think ? This should keep me safe right ?

google is now not a big fan of micro niche sites. so they are trying their best to get rid of sites which has little content. so add more content and build more links to your content pages.

Im in the exact same boat as you, 40 sites went down on may 4-5th dropped like a rock in the serps and cut my income to a fraction of what it once was. I cannot for the life of me figure out where it all went wronge as all sites are unique in content, themes, plugins and platforms. Took me 2 years to build this network as well. I also dont think its "panda" as all my sites are on an american server and my sites are not "thin" most have 8+ pages of content.

I wish I knew the answers whether or not to back link again add more content etc...
For me it wouldn't be cost efficient to go back and start back linking all over so I think Im going to have thin out my network unfortunately. I guess I will see if they come back before their renewal, If not then im going to have to scrap them.

I am beyond frustrated with this and going to take a breather before building any new sites. This all makes me wonder If the adsense team gave me a manual review, even then I cant imagine then not seeing the value in most of the sites.

you should keep on building some backlinks maybe add some more content and ask a google representative what the problem is , why all your sites got screwed at once ?

It's a Google dance, keep building backlinks, you site will come back. Sometimes it takes a few days, weeks, or months.

I love when people see threads like this and automaticly assume that it's the google dance. Yes cause the dance would make absolute sense when a site have been sitting in the same spot on the same page for months and than just drop out of site. If you ask me this is all aftermath of the Panda update. which BTW they are still tweeking so this is why you site would have been affected later, just like quite a few of mine. I'm really starting to belive that the reason why your sites, and others like it(mine included) is cause of lack of content. 6-8 pages of content is not enough these days. maybe that would explain why i'm starting to see so many autoblogs in the 1st page of the serps. Perhaps even though it's crappy content, because there is alot of it, google likes it. Just my 2 cents

One of my sites used this plugin and has since dropped quite a lot for it's main k/ws, I have deleted the plugin and removed all the tags, anything else I can do to help regain the rankings?

Proof with the deindexing?

Just change the title widget so it's your KW and doesnt leave these footprints, also google deindexed a few of my sites, but my sites that had the search terms plugin were not deindexed, i've got 100 recent / popular terms displaying on each page and in the footer.

@ OP, IMO your sites were manually reviewed and deindexed if this happened to many of your sites all at one time. If you had recycled content, and a large network of similar sites, google can easily track your sites when monetizing by adsense or if hosted on the same IP and deindex them. Just start building up again, unique content, better backlinks

My point on the manual check is that it is talked about with adsense publishers after you hit a certain amount per day/month you may get a manual review.

Im not sure how many publishers make 1k plus a month, I would imagine most publishers in the adsense network make less then that. I dont know, but it wouldnt take them to long to check in on your sites. I have been using adsense for nearly 2 years now so it almost makes sense for them to check in on me. Im not discounting the idea that it could be something else, maybe my backlink strategy fell through, maybe i should lay off of scrapebox for a while.

Op have you been blasting your backlinks with scrapebox lately?
