I made a website not that long ago and I have been able to generate $1500 in sales. I was able to contact 3 clients via offline marketing and that took around 7 hours total.

My product sells for $500 monthly. It's a service that can be outsourced for $100 a month. So net profit around 1,200.

Figuratively speaking, if I was to sell my website on a net-6 month scale I should be able to sell for around 4,5000.

But considering it required offline WORK will it actually sell? If so, what price?

I would also like to know if there is anyone here that would like to help me sell it as well.

Thanks-

Fenchel.

Have you tried listing the site on flippa? There could be people interested, though most people are always interested in sites that would require little or no work to make money.

I'd like to sell the site for 7,000 USD. Would that be possible? I saw a similar listing being sold here:

Code:
https://flippa.com/124072-Established-Advertising-Company-Earned-Over-18000-In-2-Months

Is it possible?

If your site has true income and you can prove it with screenshots, you should be able to sell to a buyer who is willing to go through the process of making money with a site like that.

Another thing is that you may not use the other site as a basis for selling your own site. It depends on a lot of factors at flippa. You may be lucky to get so many buyers at the same time and you would just come across those who would even pey more than the $7000. All I can say is you should just try listing there. Do not offer at no reserve price. Set a minimum value at which you would be willing to part with the site. That is the best way to sell a money-making site.

What do you think a honest reserve would be for a site like such?

I don't think it's easy to set reserve price for any site. But try this method - check the amount of your content posted, amount invested in backlinks, amount for domain+hosting for the length of hosting. See how much that goes and then decide reserve pricing.

If you're looking for a broker to help sell it PM me
at what's the minimum price you're looking for and
how much of the cut you're looking to pay.

Is the site the thing making you money, or are you making the money offline and simply telling them it is your site? If the latter then you won't get that much, IMHO.

Contact "meathead1234" i think he's the most reliable for this
He will help you for sure

I say keep the site if its bringing in 1500 in 3 days why on earth would you sell it for less than 20k?
