1. Image ads = fail.
2. Ads aren't even close to being relevant to anything.
3. How many green links do you click in a day.
4. Black is not a happy "money" color and its depressing
5. Ads are too far away from the text. Ad blindness is happening here.

I doubt you can make any money at all with this site, and I'm surprised you made .10. Someone musta slipped.

Seriously, What ads are you going to be showing with words like this:

Blue Ribbon Pigs - Area is highly Recommended
Green Mushrooms - Area is Suitable

Ribbon Pigs, Mushrooms?

I'd put my efforts into something else completely, like Kangaroo book bags.

Take what you've learned and apply that to your research step, and start working on something else completely.

What are the CPC per click in this "niche"? Are there even any ads for it?

Seriously bro. Never log into that account again and start working on something else.

I got an average of 300/400 visitors on my main site. The key is SEO :)

- Uncheck Image Adsense!

- Get a adsense bar inside the content

- Your mainpage is to long it should only take about 2-4 scrolls to get to the end.
- Only show something like 2 post on the welcome page.

- Use 3 adsense bar on every page.

- Use following structure: 1 adsense bar in the beginning of to welcomepage in the content. 1 bar to the left wich you have right now. 1 bar in the content again in the end of the page.
Repeat on every page.

I have a CTR on 10% using this method on my site.

Hope it helps! :)

Basic tips that even Google would tell you:

1. Basic layout/theme
2. Large rectangular block on top left of screen (where eyes are most likely to look)
3. Ad background blending in with background of site e.g. white on white, black on black etc.
4. RELEVANCE. Your ads must be RELEVANT ffs.
5. Text ads only, do I even need to say this.

Maybe chalk this up as a learning experience and start again. Get your own domain as well, what's with the blogspot.

I'm actually not making any more adsense sites but I've got about 5 which make $1 a day each. It's not a lot but the CTR is pretty good for the reasonable traffic (around 5-10%). I'm not making anymore because I don't trust G, call me paranoid. I am making quality, value packed affiliate sites instead of micro niche sites. But MN sites are a good place to start.

Too many articles on the page...you should just have one and the rest on other pages
then the user will stay on your site longer and thus a greater chance of a click

Hi,

How would I get it on the top left on wordpress? I have one of them actually inside the most recent post instead.

Work around and experiment with your ad placement. Try adding it in the middle of your artcles. Just take some time to experiment and see what works and what doesn't.

I use the Wordpress Adsense / YPN plugin. This allows you to customize the location/size of your ad blocks without changing any of the files manually.

What you should probably do is try and turn of the option to display social ads when there are no relevant and fill the space with a solid color. Your earnings also pretty much depend on your niche as you have already been told numerous times. Good luck and successful banking in the days to come!

Thanks everyone I deeply appreciate every of your tips.

Ok... I have decided to stop working at this ....

I need switch my niche ....

Should I use text ad or text and image ad on my new one?

What should I do to make the ads close and relevant to my content?

How many green links? What is green link, sorry I'm a noob.

Should I use a white colour, or ....... grey or green colour background instead?

So I should place my ad very near to my text and just in the middle of the paragraph? I heard the rectangle ad works good.

Just curious, how much are you making a day, and how do you find popular niche to write off.

Writing in blogspot, I don't get much traffic, should I buy a domain name or should I try other free sites like weeky, webs, hubpages, squidoo, or other article sites.

Can I use Amazon affiliate links or Ebay affiliate links with google adsense ? is this violating adsense ToS?

Dude, PM me your URL and I will tell you exactly where to put your ads and what colour palette to use.

His url is in the first post.

Besides google adsense, what affiliate programs or publisher websites you used to make money?

This site is a maplestory gaming mmorpg guide and tips, hence I get near 500~1000 visitors per day. However I earned less than $0.05 per day. The ads are not relevant to my content. Google adsense is a contextual ad that change the ad according to the content, however the ad does not match my content in my site no matter what I do.

How much are you guys earning with 500~1000 visitors.

Did you check if anyone is even advertising for your "game" ???
What are the keywords that you researched for each post? - Each post should be targeting 1 main keyword and a bunch of LSI terms and related terms.
How many searches do those terms get?
How much per click do the advertisers pay for those keywords?

Strictly adsense. I've gone Gray hat though, so, I don't make money right now, as my new sites are barely 3 weeks old and thats all manual submission etc type stuff, which is slooooooooooooooooow.

My sites are generally 30 500 word plus articles with adsense on the left nav and a box at the top of the content.

The key is, the sheer mass of content(thats LSI and loaded with other search terms) And high pr backlinks that will stick. Writing 30 articles, you pretty much cover most of the topics, so you just end up writing and writing about everything and anything.

Really imo it all comes down to that :)

Back in the day, we used to run 100 domains 100k page sites lol $60 a day was chump change. But its not stable..

You gotta find a niche that HAS advertisers and CPC around 1.00. You gotta find a niche where people are looking to buy.... NOT looking for information "how to clean a microwave"....... you need to look for "microwave reviews", "the best microwave", "microwave - where to buy"....

It takes time................ But, If you can't get hundreds of real .. good links per month.. your screwed either way.....

"how to beat the evil green alien in the last level" - does not make money.

I'll pm you a niche site of mine.

I have read a lot about SEO.
Code:
Each post should be targeting 1 main keyword

So for each post I have made, I should try to make the h1, and within every 50 words to include best main keyword?

How can I find out how much per click do the advertisers pay for those keywords?

niche that HAS advertisers and CPC around 1.00 ? how can I find such niche? google adwords keyword ? keyword elite ? traffic travis?

Do manuallly
I have also installed there ypn plugin onetime.
What i saw was shocking  ,editing those php files ,there is adsense code which is default . & mine adsense code was also there.
I am also getting the same like you getting views seen on adsense panel but not getting clicks.
So install google code manually.
Its very easy.
Just a little bit of effort
