That is absolutely true. Now it looks like focus is only on Pro version, while that is according to my opinion a different app. I personally had trained the databases more in Beta stadium.

As the Mod who approved this thread, I get all the posts thereafter in my mailbox.

Its been stated that current users will be getting the pro version for free and at no extra monthly fee. So can you stop cluttering my inbox with a random one line complaint every few hours - you CAN train the databases yourself, you CAN get one on one support, and you ARE getting a much more featured package at no extra cost when its released.

If you need support contact the product provider directly rather than cluttering up his thread. If I continue to see the same frequency of non-constructive moaning posts in this thread, infractions will be issued, as its a clear case of threadshitting.

Why not discuss how to better use what you have, discuss feature requests, make your time here productive.

Sorry, Just getting into my office so let me clear somethings up, we value all of customers equally, which is the reason when we make decisions regarding VenomSeo we make decisions on a global basis not in the best interest of 1 or 2 people. As far as customer service is concern I suggest any and everyone who questions our customer service go back and review the thread. Paincake has done a great job he just uploaded a new DB yesterday.

Last but not least if u have customer service issue we have a support forum, if you want to request a new database or ask a question example: when are new DB's coming out use the support forum

I came to BHW to research purchasing Scrapebox, and found this thread almost by accident. Scrapebox seems to be a great tool, but doesn't Venom do pretty much everything as Scrapebox? No need to go over all of the features again (I've read the entire thread) and no disrespect to Scrapebox, but as a legitimate pre-sales question, wouldn't it be redundant to purchase both?

I want to get Venom before all of the additional features are added! Would I still need SB?

First I like to congratulate Sweetfunny on scrapebox and the success it's had. It's a awesome tool well thought out and well developed. To everyone who bought VenomSeo early you will not have to pay for the Pro version. It will come as a free upgrade to all users who currently have an active license for VenomSeo. Also, you will never receive a price change for our services; thus, you will remain at $49.99 for the life of the account. That is our free gift to the loyal members of VenomSeo.

A few people have sent emails asking, "Do I still get Pro free if I order now?" The answer is Yes! Pro is not released yet, so we will honor that. However, once Pro has been released the price will change somewhere in the range of $79.99 - $89.99 a month I haven't really decided however as stated before once Pro is officially released that is the cut off point for that special agreement.

I mailed to billing address to end the three day trial since I have very mixed results. Maybe it is the private proxies I use which makes results really poor? Will need to go and just look for people that want to do it for a small amount for me

I'm sorry but I really thought that the forum was for all different kind of question, therfore it has different topics and you guys get all emails when there is a post (that is what I had read there).
