there not defined by rank race creed or color
they can be a 1 post member or a high ranking member
also on the flip side it can work the other way.
promotions on bhw can only be given to the person
they appear to be - that never guarantees there not
in fact totaly different.

already get him email and skype.....but never get some answer from him...

Totally agree with you Richman, he should have paid for the work he had you do. However, he is no longer a mod, and had disapeared. No one seems to have contact with him anymore. He is already perm-banned, and was before your thread, so as staff we cant do much more to help you on this.
