What is current version and when last time it was updated ?
Do they still update IP list ?

I've never used wp cloacker but just by having a look at their sales page it seems like its dead now. there are far better alternatives available for cloaking links better go for them. Use wp traffic tools, developed by hudson atwell who's also a member at BHW and regularly updates his tools

Do you mean geotargetting? Or you add the IP's manually for redirection?

It doesnt support geotargetting though you can add IP's to blocklist for redirecting unwanted traffic to another source.

I mean to block search engines crawlers by IP...to show real content to them...so does it come with update IP list of SE crawlers ?

Yes it does have an option for spider redirection by adding user agents or block ip's. Here are some screenshots for the plugin dashboard

the screenshots shown are for wordpresscloaker - not wpcloaker. Both are still active to my knowledge although I can only speak for wpcloaker.

The last public update to wpcloaker was the end of March (2011) although private clients have had the unreleased 2.0.x version for 6 months and this will be rolled out to the full customer base.

WP Traffic Tools still needs to add auto-ip updates. The problem with IP filtering is having to pay for the spider ip list service.

In my imagination Google could just as easy send spiders in with faked useragents on un-associated proxies... this idea, imho, immediately makes spider detection by IP just as weak as spider detection by useragent.

But still if it makes people feel more comfortable I'll add it soon. Currently we use useragents to discriminate against spiders. And spider discrimination is optional.

Would be cool if it could use the botbase from Fantomaster as an option for those running Spyfetcher.
WPCloaker added a separate small script for that.
