Are Landing Pages Important?​

Well, you tell me!

Landing Pages are there to prepare your prospective clients to take the action you need. We leave in a different world now online. People are always in a rush. When they are looking for something online to buy, they don't have time of coming to a site that is not geared to attract their attention and convince them to take action. If you splater things on your landing pages, you will not get any business. Everything needs to be strategically laid out. From your template, your graphics if you have one, your heading, your pitch, etc everything needs to be carefully spelled out. If you attract their attention, and hook them to your pitch, you will have a sale.

With online marketing we have people who profit and those who don?t. Those who profit know how to communicate using the internet to sell products to their clients. Your prospects online don?t get to see you, but they see your landing pages. If you properly communicate well with your prospects, then they don?t have a reason to leave your Landing Page and look for another one. A Landing Page should communicate the needs of your prospects; it should also communicate the fact that you understand what they are going through. It should incorporate your testimonials, And Ultimately; it should PROVIDE THE SOLUTION for your prospects.

Things are now different. Landing Pages should also be designed differently. Gone are those days, when people will just write a few things on the landing page, offer a little bonus if they buy through their link and get sales. Your Landing Page if designed very well, you will be able to get sales. There won?t be any reason why your prospects should leave your site. Your prospects can tell if you have put an effort on your Landing Page or not. Call them Psychic if you want, but they can!

So go back to the drawing board, take another closer look at your Landing Pages, and make the necessary changes to get more customers to take the necessary action required.

YES, Landing Pages Are Very-Very important for your business, whether it is your own product or an affiliate product. If you do it right, you will get the business you need. If you do it wrong, you will be wasting your time, effort, energy and money. Make sure you do it right!

What do you think is the highest converting type of landing page?

I haven't decided if the landing page should be a review of several different products.

Or, if it should be a scam review page that asks if the product is a scam, and then answers it's own question with no.

Or, should it be just a regular selling page?

Can you answer which you think would be the best through your experience? If it helps, I plan on promoting it through adwords, along with link-building through yahoo answers, and a network of free blogs and social sites.

Yep you are spot on. Adwords, Yahoo, Msn, Adbrite will be good.

Then submit website to search engines

Keyword rich articles to be submitted to article directories, hubpages, squidoo lenses, plus social bookmarking sites.

You also then submit article responses to other blogs in your niche. All this will then boost your PR and you get backlinks.

I prefer A One Product Review coz it provides more depth and you don't act like an internet salesman but rather someone who understand the needs of your prospects.

You can always start with one and when you begin profiting you can do another variation. But the thing is, even scam review Landing Pages, if they are correctly designed and laid down, you will get sales. I created one like that for OOlong tea, and it is still converting like mad!

Reviewing more than one product is not bad too, coz i had success with that, but myself personally, i prefer one product being reviewed per Landing page. where you tell a story, then you tried ABCD and you didn't succeed or like it, then you tried E then you Hit a jackpot. Your life has not been the same ever since you used product E. You don't want them to waste time, money and energy like you did......bla bla bla really. Then you present them with an offer that they should buy the product/service and experience the results you are now experiencing...............

Yes I agree, a word press blog is very very important, not only for your Quality levels but it keeps prospect around your site. Search engines truly love blogs these days.
