u wont have any trouble coz of website but if you are in trouble ( for any other illegal activity) then website can be considered as evident

and one of the poster asked u to delete the domain
you dont have to delete the domain anyhow
the worst could be that u can sell it off in auction and make profits
 
Depends, if you are going to make it a super popular website about BAD things about Osama, they might just come after you, I'm not kidding, they will kill themselves to bring others as well. that's simply terrorism.

Oh boy, I remember when I registered several years ago the domain name saddamisalive dot com , right away after his death. I was telling that everything was fake, so within 5 days, my site got ranked no.1 on Google for its keyword. After 2 days, at 4 AM when I was sleeping on my bed back at my place, SWAT troops got into my house by breaking the windows, even if the door was open. So I ran away doing several back-flips around the house trying to dribble the bullets that were targeting me, and right at the moment when they had to press R button to reload, I quickly escaped by drinking Red Bull and flying for a few miles, ran away and crossed borders, and stopped only when I reached to Siberia where I am currently living in a tree house.
This ruined my life, so all I can tell you is to run right now and leave everything behind. I suggest you to go to Pakistan.
