I'm interested in your services too. I know what it means to find a good keyword with a low competition. I do this for a few years and I have discovered several such keywords which bring me a good profit till today. But I never came across such a service on a forum like this.
My question is:
You can get these keywords and for the adult live webcams niche ?

So for $17 i would get adsense ready keyword and exact domain match (.com) or not?
I ask this because it is quite strange to buy keyword if exact domain match isn't available because this means that keyword already has tough competition - competition are guys discovered this keyword and bought com,net and org domains and it is a fact they are really really experienced seo gurus.
So with few link i would get just #4 - which is quite bad - out of 1000 exact searches i would get just 50. So it earns around $1 a month on adsense which is unacceptable.
So what do you say?

So do we have exclusivity on the keywords we purchase?
If exact match .com isn't available then there are other people competing for the exact same keyword. So it is the same if keyword is exclusive or not. If com isn't available it is the same as if the seller sells the same keyword to at least 3 people.
But seller is honest so i am sure he offers exact com match domains.
For people buying similar services on other forums seller isn't honest if he doesn't offer exact match com domain for the keyword.
And if seller offers exact match com domain along with keyword - it is sure thing that keyword is unique.
I am quite sure people don't register such long domains by chance - it is the fact the do know value of the keyword and they are ready to compete.
Yes it doesn't mean that keyword is competitive in few rare cases - however in other 90% it means keyword is competitive and it means that keyword isn't unique - bunch of people already saw it.
But if domains are taken but there are no domains live just means that keyword is probably worthless and that there are is no real traffic available.
Yes google keyword tool sometimes reports much more visitors that actually there is.

i purchased 3 EMD keywords from seller recently and i must say.... fantastic research.
exact monthly searches were all well over what I originally requested.
i like each of my sites to have two sources of income. Adsense as secondary income. All of the keywords can promote CPA offers as well as good CPC on adsense.
I can see these keywords becoming come of my highest earning sites.
Will be using this service for all my keyword research in future.

This seller does what he says he will and more, Great customer service and sorted out an initial problem I had really fast.
I got EMD and advice on how to get my keyword ranked on the big G.
I will certainly buy more keywords as soon as I have this one ranking and making money.

Just to clarify this. I give you a generic keyword or subject and you give me back 1 specific keyword with low competition and a nice search count (over 1k)?
How is this better than using some keywords tools? I mean if I already own a few, famous around here, keyword tools I will be getting the same results or is this 100% your own system/method?

All keywords I get are from various niches, with low competition and great to make money with. You don't provide me with anything other than payment.
I uncover these keywords using my own methods. Nothing a famous tool would be able to uncover.
