I've been working on a lot of articles that I need blasting for and just finished last night and was going to buy now, but I just want to make sure it's going to be pretty much the same service just with a different person doing the blasts.

Well, this thread has been going on for quite a long time so I doubt Paper-Boy would just hand it over to someone who sucks at building links. I don't know Loopline personally, but I have seen his posts and I have been to his website, ScrapeboxMarketplace, so I would assume he knows what he's doing.

He's a Jr. VIP along with Paper-Boy so that creates some amount of immediate trust. I'm not sure what you tried to get out of that post, but if you're assuming I'm going to get ripped off it's .0001% chance I'm willing to take.

There isn't even that much chance you will get ripped off. But Ill let you decide for yourself. Glad the ordering system was easy for you, I prefer to keep it simple and easy and streamline it as much as possible.

Hey mate, I am helping paper boy out right now, but due to time contraints with the rest of my business, I won't be able to just off the 10K free blast while he is away. I am sure he will pick that back up when he comes back.
