Need Help Catching A Spammer

A member from BHW (dont want to mention names since i probably wont be able to prove what i am saying conclusively) is spamming my emails using his xrumer. what can i do about this? Any way to trace him or any authorities that i could report this to?

While it may be annoying. I don't think there is anything illegal about posting someones email everywhere.

I get about 80 per day.
No complaints though, in fact, i've got into the habit of reading my spam folder to see if I can recognize any of the methods mentioned here
