Record a new macro then stop it. Right click the macro you are recording "#Current.iim" and click edit. Delete the data inside and paste the OPs code. Save the file at the bottom. Now right click "#Current.iim" and click rename, name it something like "Twiends FB Like Bot" and click Rename. Anytime you want to run the bot just double click on it in the list. This really basic basic info that you could have found out on your own I think you are going to have trouble running iMacros maybe you should read up more on it until you start to understand & play around with it.
Don't you have to add the Facebook account which is the Admin of the Fan Page?

Fairly simple, don't just have 1 admin, and honestly if you're getting accounts banned by using this then you're doing something wrong. I've made about 30,000 seeds in the past week using this across 3 accounts and it's worked fine and none of the FB accounts have been touched.
I'm not getting any accounts banned, I've only just started using Twiends today, but notice 1 person say they got it banned using the script so planning ahead.
I read it too, and honestly, probably not even related, or they were doing something really obviously stupid. It's like people who spam an @ message a second on Twitter then whine when their account gets banned. I wouldn't worry too much about it, but you're right, always good to be prepared.

A tip when using this. Make sure you're using Firefox; right click the bottom and select 'Open new window'.
Then do your normal every day browsing in the new window and leave the Macro to run on the other window, by itself.
It works fine for me and means I don't have to leave the PC or use a different computer.

I already know iMacros is on chrome, unsurprisingly, you can also get it completely stand alone, but no, right now I have no plans to convert it to chrome as it's buggy as hell in chrome and to be honest, just be less lazy and download firefox if you don't already have it.

Try the opening he entire add on box, short-cut is Ctrl+Shift+A (if you have the latest version at least) & then hit enable.
