Way to make the "Complete survey to continue" script?

Hello BHW.
I've discovered a way to pass a "security" that i know a lot of people are willing to spend some time getting past, so i'm looking to monetize this.
Actually the thing that i'm offering is real enough and will work for the people which choose to use it.

The part i'm asking for help to is:
A "Complete this survey to continue" script,
Some good, reliable survey distributors.
A fairly good free hosting service to start up with.

Please if anybody know a good'n'easy way to make this old trick work well, then please tell me. I would be very grateful

The thing you are basically asking for is a content locker,you can Google for best content lockers,CPA leads etc.I have seen a thread here in BHW having tutorial of "How to create your own content locker".I just lost it in 300+ bookmarks of mine,so searching for it in the forum would help you.
