does anyone ever experienced anything like that with CB? h**p://i55.tinypic.com/2emhix1.jpg

Nope, but were they really all processed on the same day? Even though you set the date there for whatever reason it may have been ignored.

No they were processed for the past 2 weeks, but all these sales were refunded by CB (automatically) today in a period of 2 hours, I will be calling them tomorrow morning, it hurt to loose almost 9k in 1 day.

What product did you promote that got $9000 in refunds?? Let me know so I can stay away from it. I don't think CB looks highly on accounts with high refund rates.

Wow is all i can say about that.

And yeah, what niche are you getting such high refund?

I am promoting one my own products, my usual refund rate is 20% (not a forex product), these refunds were made by CB and without the knowledge of my customers, so basically the customers did not request all these refunds, CB decided to refund all of them & my product is on CB for over a year. I will be calling Dush to see why they did that.

Yeah, call DR. No way do 416 customers refund on the same day unless you're doing five figures a day at minimum.

Yep, my cb account has been suspended on this product, due to %2 chargeback rate. All the sales for the past 1 month has been refunded by CB.. so basically going back in first grade.

Looks like clickbank is cleaning house. I guess all those affiliates that sold your product got chargebacks as well. It boggles my mind that CB would unilaterally refund sales like this. If the customers didn't request all these refunds where did all the money go??

I'll give you one guess.

This was a bad move by CB, though. A lot of the big guys are already migrating elsewhere. No sense cutting off your nose to spite your face.

I guess clickbank did that because they saw there was money in that account. With actions like this they only keep new vendors and affiliates away from them and scaring people to work with clickbank. Imagine someone who was about to open an account before reading this thread....

Can clickbank ask a vendor or affiliate to give money wich has been already transfer back?

can an account go into negative numbers with "no reason"?

Is a good idea then to have multiple accounts to split the risk?
Is a good idea to close an account when It reaches 10.000$ (just giving a number) and open a new one so you know that profit is safe "forever"?

Is it better then to get paid by check ? (I remember since I sign for direct deposit they have "the right of making movements" on my bank account)

All this questions are around my mind, after reading your post. I would really appreciate is some could tell his personal experience if ever has been in a similar situation as OP

Sorry for the lost.

that's too bad they have the rights to do this...i mean, who gets this money now? will they send back every single cent to costumers? i don't think so :( sorry to hear this man :/

The money are being refunded to the customers, there was not too many affiliate sales in there, but they all got refunded as well.

I have 4 CB acc. with 4 different product, on that particular one, there is 7.5k in reserves and another 9k they owe me, they did refund almost 10k to the customers, and they said that they will keep 100% on a reserve for 60 days, if that money is not enough to cover (if chargebacks keep coming in) then they will take money from my other account to cover that up. But if the account has positive balance after the 60 days, they will payout this money. Anyway.. I think I will move on to another company, because it comes down to the point where they can do anything they want with your money.
