How much should I sell for (in your opinion)

I'm quite new to the whole site flipping thing and I am trying to get an idea of how much to make my BIN prices and reserves. Can I ask you guys how much you reckon these 3 example sites would be worth in you opinion :

The first is a niche web development site (jQuery) which has about 20 high quality tutorial posts (with downloadable example code), built in wordpress, ranks #1 for some pretty ok keywords, about 2000 uniques per month, about 6 months old. Not monetized. How much would you estimate?

Next is a niche blackberry/facebook app/site, 100% original quality site, about 200 - 500 uniques per day, 2 months old, 4000 members. Viral. Not monetized. How much you think?

Lastly, an established geo targetted site (South Africa) which gets about 300 - 500 uniques per day (80 000 page views p/m), car niche, generates about $300 - $650 per month. How much you think?



I know those are pretty vague details, but hopefully it's enough to give you an idea and therefore give me an idea of how much any one of these sites would be worth. I have chosen those 3 because:

The first is very niche, and I can pump a similar site out every week
The second is a little bit niche, and has potential but is not monetized
The last is geo targetted but makes good $$$

You should monetize the first two websites. Even if it's only a few dollars in adsense sales each month it will GREATLY increase the selling price.

Problem is all my sites use a single ads3nse account, so there is no way to show them separate really. Or is there?

Use AdSense channels to track the sites separately.

search meat head on bh, he is doing a post , if u got a site doing , it was originally $500 but i think now he wants $1000 a month income on it, but he is guarenteeing $10k sale , and he takes 10%.

i think i am right on this, pls. seach his user name , u will see, if the post has gone i appologise ot meathead123 . but if he is doing it u both profit.

yea, you should try and get atleast some revenue, will add allot to the fina sale value
