please excuse me noobness but when someone mention about getting a private or public proxie. I have no clue what a proxie is. much less a private or public proxie.
I never like to get spoon fed information so i wiki the word and got a little more confused. this is what WIKI said:

i am starting to understand a little more but cant fully grasp the concept of the word proxy. (private vs public)
