vBSEO 3.6 or vBSEO XML Sitemap

Hai guys,

I'm new in forum but i believe most of you guys here already
making money with forum am i right?

Just need some advice from you guys.
I have vBSEO 3.6 and vBSEO XML Sitemap.
Which should i use for my forum?
What is the different between this two?
Can i use both and just either one?

Really need your expertise.

vbseo will optimize the forum for seo and xml sitemap will create the sitemap for search engines. They are completely different things but they work well when both are installed.
