best way to create website blog for a beginner?

i want to create a website blog. i don't have a clue about HTML or anything. whats the best way to create my first ever website?

Yup , wordpress is the perfect cms for beginners . There are lots of free themes and plugin's to help make your site unique .Just get a domain ,then some hosting .Next go into your cpanle and install it .It's that easy.

a niche is whatever you plan your site to be about....dating, cars, making money online, etc.

so your niche site is DatingOnlineForBeginners.com or whatever
