I have recieved my report last night and i looked over it today. I went for package 1.
The report contained indeed 76,647 links but the edu's are nowehere near 7k. I didn't get more than 221 edu links in the report with only 156 genuine .edu, other ones are .edu.pl and so on.
I have just loaded the list into scrapebox to check for links and after checking 9k i only found about 1k live links. I will wait for sb to finish checking and will update.
This is my review so far, I am waiting for the op's response on this

That's a bit odd, there might've been a problem with the proxies which usually leads to that kinda problem.
If you dont recieve all 7k edu links and overall the full number of live links you ordered ill offer a full refund no questions asked, after ofcourse i run the list through sb once ofcourse to make sure the screw up was was definitely from my side.
its all about customer satisfaction after all
if it is a problem on my end ill have it fixed in no time

I didn't use proxies to check for my links, i never do, i only use proxies for harvesting and posting. I just sent you a pm.

ok, so here is my review:
I ordered Package #3
Order was delivered right around 48 hours or so. It was a .txt file with the links in it.
Of the 61,076 links given in the text file,
there were only 1, 709 domains....many many pages under the same domain. Also once i ran everything through SB, there were a bit over 25k links found coming from 1, 268 individual domains (7 .edu domains)
All in all, the service isnt bad for the price, but its definitly not reflective of the claims OP hypes it to be...My suggestion is to get rid of all the claims of 7k .edu links , etc becuase no one expects that for the price but for what it is, its not bad at all.
So all in all i would say 6.9543/10
BTW OP i would appreciate if you could add some links to my package to get up to the link amount that is promised in the service.

The very first post of the thread tells you this, it is just 1 URL, but up to 50 keywords.
If I could add more URLs (say up to 8 or 10) I would have ordered this service by now.
Im looking for a service that can offer the most number of .EDU & .GOV links on as many different domains using as many keywords & URLs as possible....
