Hi,

My Amazon seller account blocked last month. I called them up but no response. Does any one knows how to open new account..Any tricks....

Also they told that I cant open another account if they trace then they will block again.

I know how to delete flash cookies but what about my ip address ..If I open another account can they trace my ip...Can i use proxies .....how it works ...?

Deleting flash cookies and changing the IP may work for eBay but it definitely will not work for Amazon. I do know how to get past this as I run lots of accounts myself. PM me or hit me up on AIM: warcraftexpress

some B bought an item from me and claimed that is was a knock-off.
I have sold at least 30 of the same items before, no problem what so ever.
The item is authentic... . She wanted to get her money back and leave the item so naturally I offered her a refund only if she returns the item. After 20 days!!! she filed an A-to-Z claim saying that it was a knock-off ... after 20 days!!!

Next thing I know Amazon drops all my listings and closes my account and holds my funds.


Anyway... does anyone know what to do in such situation? I tried contacting them but they replied with exactly the same template message. When I called seller support (the other dep. does not have number), they told me to send them pics of my item and contract with my supplier. 10 minutes after the call I received an email from the performance team that they specialist reviewed my case and decision is final.

So F them they want great customer service from the sellers but do not provide it themselves to the sellers.

P.S. It took them 2 days to reply to my 1st email.

oh, you're selling on Amazon. I thought your affiliate account got the ax. I'm pretty careful with that account as it makes me some good coin.
