Well i think i will use my own connection, i wont buy a vps server. At least not yet. I will upload videos over night anyways.

i upload 40 videos a week per ip. if u do 500 videos a day, excluding weekends, thats 2500 videos a week, little over 60 ips a week. If u wanna reuse them next week then you only need about 60-70 private proxies each month.
you could get away with less but that means more videos per ip.. youtube looks at the RATE videos are being uploaded not necessarily the total amount of videos uploaded on an ip.

As far as uploading, it is really all about the upload speed like everyone said, using some sort of software.
I use two different softwares, one software I can actually create about 142k in 24 hours on auto-pilot (I did the math), then I use other software that I purchased. Not sure how many I can upload in an hour, but I don't max it out either (not even close).
As far as youtube software goes, I think everyone is in agreeance that SPK is probably the most notable youtube user/creator. He makes good stuff if you need them. Not sure if his software does the uploading since I have my own, but I have used his stuff before for other things and they definitely work.

i disagree that it is youtoob, it is a different tool. the tool used uploads videos as unlisted, then thumbs ups them and pumps views for as long as you want, sometimes a week, when your ready it marks them listed and they shoot up pretty quick in youtube searches.

Mate this is not such a huge deal 
. It's quite easy , for example you can get Mass Video Blaster download 300 videos and upload them back
Or even a simpler method , you can get video spin blaster , create 300 videos ( a 10 minute video will have under 0.5 Mb) create a new campaign , put 4 upload threads , and then hit the upload button , it will upload all your videos under 30 minutes.
(There are other tools that can generate such results but I prefer MVB and VSB because they are my products )
