I don't think there is much of a point to it unless you are trying to get ALL your pages indexed or perhaps you are trying to get them re crawled?

I used it on a competitor some months back to get G to re crawl his site after he switched from phpBB to some other format and all his cached pages were going file not found on the new site format.

It took 3 solid days of running his cached pages against the 5k list to get his site 80% re indexed to reflect it's current stats.

What's the point of this then? It takes a few minutes to index a asite using a simply article blast to directories or social marketing.

yeah sb will automate replace this field with your entered site

I tested this on an old site with around 50 links and really didn't see any results at all, maybe other than sending a few spiders to your site there is no real value I think?

I think other then getting a new domain indexed its not worth anything.

1) Does this method get your site deindexed?
2) Is this method still worth anything at all?
