Tw1tter Accounts. How many is too many?

Hi all. I am somewhat new to Tw1tter marketing ( i know, i am waaaay late getting on board ). So I have been experimenting with Tw1tter and blog feeds, made a few bucks, and wanted to rinse and repeat. I currently have a few hundred Tw1tter accounts that auto tweet up to 250 times per day, flying under the daily limit radar. Also, these accounts are not spamming anyone directly, just tweetin new rss feeds. My question here is, how many accounts is too many? If I make thousands of accounts, do I stand the chance to get them all suspended? Could I get into legal trouble? Any advice from those who have experience in this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Are you using yahoo pipes to send rss to twitterfeed, then tweet out from each? I've been experimenting with that. I've been getting hella traffic by replacing the links with my own bit.ly links.

Anything more than 200 has a risk of getting banned at a time.. So, Be care full. I have got banned of a bundle of 200+ accounts twice with around 35k followers each time.

Nice tip, thanks. Now, did you use proxies for each account? I would assume if you did, they wouldn't be able to connect all 200 accounts together. I buy my accounts from a fella who uses proxies when making the accounts.

Always use proxies and split your total accounts in groups. It's not set in stone but I generally let the twitter accounts rest for a couple days after creating them. No adding, no spamming links, nothing. Do not use more than 10 accounts per proxy and it's really just a matter of how many proxies you can manage. Or how many accounts if you're doing this manually.

If a group gets banned you lose at most 10 twitter accounts, not the whole bunch. Better safe than sorry as they say...

I am not sad at all. If I make 35k in 3/4days by using 200 accounts in a set, I can make around 200$-500$ from them within next 1 week. and by the time they get banned, I start working on another set of 200 accounts to grow 30k-35k followers.

Thats how I am working and making good.

Yesterday I have lost another sent 280 accounts with 35k+ followers.

and within last 24hrs I already managed to get 12k followers who are new and fresh.
