PM replied but need to remind for all that "Forward/verify hotmails" is just an option which can be applied to accounts. It's not accounts


And youtubes are not phone verified, those youtubes we sell just never asked for verification and can post comments and upload video

I'm not from Microsoft, so I can't remove forwarding option from hotmail accounts. Homail accounts without forwarding are just not forwarded to any address. All emails stay in those accounts

Accounts without forwarding have not only POP3, they have ALL capabilities of forwarded hotmails except forwarding. They can send emails over HTTP and SMTP, you can set vacation reply for them etc
