site banned by google

so looking around i see a domain banned. Does anyone have ideas on how to get it reindexed without submitting it directly to google.

You need to first find out the reasons behind the ban and work on getting rid of those. Follow it up with a re-consideration request in Google webmaster central.

Assuming its not a permanent ban then all you have to do is correct the issue and it will be re-indexed in a couple weeks.

if its an autoblog chances are google perma banned the domain. Google has zero tolerance for autoblogs.

There are no Permanent bans, it is just a misconception. There are either a human or algorithmic penalties- get rid of the factors that caused penalty in the first place and you will be reconsidered. Of course in case of autoblogs that would mean almost redoing the entire content - but it can be done.

So autoblogs are essentially dead and or valueless?

Can't be difficult for g to discover them given the amount of duplicate content they will be carrying..

Can u give more info on the kind of sites we are looking at here? Autoblog, unique content, scraped/spun content...?

Add your site on Google webmaster tool then you see your site on Google site.
