I have discovered a way to find unlimited number of domains with real PR1+ (Usually 2) in Godaddy auctions for just $1 i.e. I'll pay only $9.37 for a PR2 domain for a whole year. The PR is real, no 301 or 302 redirections whatsoever and the domain age is like 2.5-3 years on average.
The only thing is that a lot of them are just pointless with no KWs whatsoever. Like
health-melt.com
lmcert.com etc...

Is there still a demand for such domains? Should I buy these or just leave em? Even if I can sell them $15-20 each, thats fine.

PS: Another way to make $$ through this is to sell links of homepage of the domain. How much do you think I can charge for a PR2 do-follow homepage lifetime link?

Note: The above mentioned two domains are just random ones and they do not have a PR :)

I'm pretty good at SEO and CPA but this whole domain business seems to have a lot of potential so I'm trying to jump in

Cheers.

You could buy 50 of them and sell blog posts and blog roll links. You would make pretty good money on site wide links if you put one up on every blog. The blog posts would also make you a killing!

Virtually everyone knows how to get expired domains with pr 2 even 3 at registering price. Especially if there is no keyword.

No big deal. Do not invest in them, you will not be able to sell them. Those that buy pr 3-4 and with keywords in them, barely manage to sell them at around 50-60$ on dp. PR 2 and no keyword? Hardly worth the reg fee.

LOL I though I had discovered a goldmine LMAO :D
Anyways, selling links is a good idea IMO.

but if the PR isnt fake and the domain still holds good number of backlinks then the domain will have really good SEO value..

Thats what I'm wondering about? A real PR2 and "hardly worth the reg fee"? :p
PS: There are a few domains that are in a certain niche like texas-mortgages.org (just and example).

And the PR is real not fake. I double check each and every domain.

thats good... you can setup a blog and try to raise the PR by doing some more backlinking, then you can first allow some free good quality guest postings to get some good content and later you can sell backlinks and charge for a guest post...

PR2 is good. But I prefer to take Pr 3+ on Godaddy. It is worth buying
