Clickbank transaction questions

I have 2 transactions for my CB account.But both of them do not have anything on the name field.These are my first 2 sales so im not sure how it works.

And on the analytics it shows that I only made 1 sale.Although on the account homepage I made 2 sales.I know cb may be slow but its been a week or so.

And in order for me to receive the check I must
1)Make a total of $100-Thats my threshold
2)5 different cards-exclude paypal

Is that it?

With regards to the name fields being empty, thats normal is it?

As an affiliate its normal, those fields are blank now..before you can even see the the buyer's email id. You can change the threshold if you like.
