how much should i pay for comingsoon3d (dot) com

This one guy offers me a chance to buy a domain comingsoon3d (dot) com... It seems to be only 59 days old and there is no website so how much should I offer for the domain?? He's asking 10'000$ but I think it's way too much, any advice? thx!

the .net and .org are available, but if you need the .com its not worth 10k lol I would say registration fee or little higher

Thanks for your replies guys! I was thinking that people would search for "coming soon" to go to comingsoon dot net (surprisingly many use the Google search bar to navigate to a website)... I was also thinking that because more and more 3D movies are coming out so people might search for them.

Maybe I'll go for net because I have no reason to stick with com only... lol I nearly got scammed by that guy.

This domain is useless to me. OK, coming soon has 370 000 exact monthly searches, but coming soon 3d only 47. Also if you rely mostly on the keyword "coming soon"... difficult job - 145 000 000 competition and the winner comingsoon.net has occupied the first 3 spots on G#1

In the end of the day, if you really want this domain and net/org are available, play with some of them. It will save you 9 900 $ and the result will be the same.
